How to “Dress to Impress” at Work!

Figuring out what to wear for work came sometimes be confusing – especially with so many new variations of formal and business causal! It can be easy to look over-dressed or under-dressed if you are not too familiar with your work environment. It is also always better to be over-dressed rather than under-dressed, so make sure you keep that in mind when getting ready in the morning!

Casual

With many companies offering more flexible working spaces for their employees, it is not uncommon to find yourself with the luxury of a “casual” dress code. It is still important to look put together and polished. Men can wear a nice t-shirt or a collared shirt and throw on a nice pair of dark jeans. Women will look great in a polished top with a nice pair of jeans. Make sure your pants have no rips in them to keep your attire office appropriate!

Business Casual

Business casual looks for men can include shirts paired with a nice pair of slacks. Women have more options here! Throw on a skirt and a nice cardigan or a buttoned-up top with your favorite pair of slacks. Make sure to wear nice shoes to finish off the look!

Traditional Business Attire

Traditional business attire is very common for business meetings or a lunch with your client. Men typically wear a nice suit with some dress shoes. Women can also opt for a suit and polish off the look with some closed toe heels.
