The global spread of Covid-19 is keeping people at home and away from the gym. This is making the usual gym-goers have to figure out new ways of getting a sweat in. At-home workouts come with their own unique set of challenges. Here are five tips to make you a pro at working out at home!

1.) Create A Designated Workout Space

Being at the gym, you need space to work out and you need all your tools next to you to complete a solid workout. Make sure you leave enough space to move comfortably! If you don't have enough space, push the furniture to the side and make sure you have enough room without bumping or hitting anything during your workout. Also, make sure to have your room organized with your workout gear: weights, yoga mat, foam rollers, resistance bands, etc. The worst thing you can do is have the room a mess while trying to work out. Stay organized!
